Kula means “family” in Sanskrit. Inspired by its name, Kula is designed to be a versatile and space-saving furniture. Kula can be arranged freely in the room for various needs, it can also be stacked together into one piece. Kula is one of CASAKA’s sustainable products and designed with the most efficiency in material usage by using 70% timber from a tree log with special & unique cutting techniques, when generally a usual piece of solid wood furniture could reach 60-70% of waste.
With its simple design, Kula emphasized the natural beauty of wood grain on the whole parts of it, and also delivers maximum strength, without the need for wood joinery and glue.
