TEAK WOOD ( JATI )
Well-known as a medium high-density wood suitable for fine indoor furniture, as well as for outdoor garden furniture, boat building and flooring, teak wood is very durable and resistant to decay and termites. The teak wood that we use is sourced from the Indonesian Forestry Agency (PERHUTANI), a state agency that manages sustainable teak plantations in Indonesia, as well as from government-approved village plantations.
SUAR WOOD ( TREMBESI )
Known as Trembesi in Indonesia, Suar wood has a very attractive grain suitable for fine furniture. The interlocking grain prevents the wood from cracking when moved to drier climates. Similar with a native South America Rain Tree, Suar Trees are fast growing and easily replaceable.
ROSEWOOD ( SONOKELING )
Known as Sonokeling in Indonesia, Dalbergia Latifolia is a premium quality timber species used for furniture, paneling, and other ornamental products. It is similar to ebony in hardness and has a fine dark brown color.
